Tier Groups of PCB Assembly Suppliers

Does anyone know where I can get a detail listing of the Tier Groups by Supplier / Contract Manaufcaturer for PCB Assemblies?  Thanks for the help.

CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY publishes an annual Top 50, which pretty much establishes the Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. Everyone else is Tier 3 (or 4, depending on how finely you parse the data).
